Unwanted Items
If you change your mind, you have 14 days to cancel your order (However, please bear in mind the order is completed when you receive the goods) and you have 14 days to return your purchased item. The item must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition to allow us to re-sell to another customer. We reserve the right to ask for photographic / video evidence of the packaging before we authorise a return,

Refunds will be processed in 10 working days.
Damaged / Faulty items
All our items come with a warranty. The length of which will depend on the manufacturer. If your item has developed a fault please contact us on 01609 258210, we will en-devour to rectify the fault. Should this not resolve the issues you are having, we are happy for you to exchange the product for the same Item or an Item (or more) of similar value. All we ask is the item be returned to us (all postage costs will be refunded). We reserve the right to ask for photographic / video evidence of the fault before undertaking a promise to exchange.

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange, due to misuse or the device 'not being looked after'. Should fault not be established we reserve the right to issue refund only, upon receipt of the damaged item and refuse exchange of items.
